On Saturday, February 6, 2010,  A Salon Named Desire, an Eco Salon located at 6091 Montgomery Road, will host the RED Party. The salon will be turned into a red hot, intimate lounge setting with music, food, drinks, and the most enticing experience stations.  All that you desire for a fabulous Valentine’s Day celebration you can’t repeat at home!

• A massage station will feature sensual massage demos

• An aphrodisiac bar will feature noted aphrodisiac finger foods

• A pleasure corner will feature adult toys and samples from Pure Romance  

• An open bar will feature wine, domestic beer and a signature RED cocktail

• Raffle prizes & music

Proceeds from the event will benefit two Kennedy Heights residents who are raising money for a mission trip to Mamelodi, South Africa this Spring. Social worker, Melnea Paige, will assist the construction team in building and repairing homes in Mamelodi, while Tamar Canaan, a Nurse Practitioner will work directly with AIDS patients. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross relief efforts for Haiti.

This event is 21 and over and will be held from 8pm until midnight. Event space is limited, so guests are encouraged to order tickets in advance. Tickets are $25 per person or $40 per couple. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door for $30 per person and $50 per couple.
