Valentine's Day Pre-Fixe Menu

1st Course of Choice
(Option 1) Cucumber wrap salad w/ mixed greens, feta, craisins, pecans, onions, blood orange vinaigrette.
(Option 2) Ricolla gnocchi w/ julienne vegetables, lightly tossed in a argulua pesto.

2nd Course of Choice
(Option1) Seared Halibut w/ sweet potato puree over lemongrass nage, and asparagus finished with maple sage.
(Option 2) Demi Chili rubbed bone in pork chop, mashed potatoes, sauteed mustard and spinach greens finished with a bourbon Demi.

Dessert
Chocolate lava cake w/ fresh berries.
