The third annual Strut Your Mutts Paws By The River in the village of New Richmond. Events start at 12 p.m. and last until 6 p.m. There will be music, contests, games for the kids, exhibits, presentations, adoptions and photo opportunities with your pets, food, and of course our parade at 2 p.m. with the pet blessing immediately following . There will be a "best slipper" contest for the kids, so little ones should bring their funniest animal slippers and wear them during the parade.
